I’m a product and technology leader whose career has crossed business operations, software delivery, digital marketplaces and applied AI. I enjoy bringing these worlds together to solve problems that matter.

My early work in commercial operations, customer-facing roles and team leadership shaped the way I think about value and execution.
From business to products
I moved into product and technology leadership, guiding cross-functional teams, digital platforms and complex software delivery.
Building with AI
More recently, I’ve been exploring and leading practical AI integrations, automation and intelligent workflows that support users and business objectives.
How I lead
I start from real user and business problems, not technology for its own sake. I like taking an ambiguous challenge and turning it into a feasible product strategy and a prioritized delivery plan.
I build and motivate geographically distributed teams, and I try to balance quality, capacity and commercial constraints openly — clear communication and transparency make that possible.
How I learn
For me, AI isn’t only part of the job description — I actively build and explore with it. Personal projects let me test ideas hands-on and understand what is really involved technically.
That experience flows back into my product work: better questions for engineering, more realistic plans, and a sharper sense of what is actually useful.
